• Account information: email address and name when you register.
• Query data: the questions you submit to the Service and the AI-generated responses, stored to provide conversation history.
• Usage data: query counts, timestamps, and feature usage for billing and analytics.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically for security and rate limiting.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or banking details on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Service
• To manage your account and billing
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
• To respond to support enquiries
• To send service-related communications (you may opt out of marketing emails)

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase (Sydney region) — authentication, database, and storage
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI response generation. Your queries are sent to Anthropic for processing. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and edge delivery

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (hosted in the Asia-Pacific region) with row-level security policies. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production databases is restricted to authorised personnel only.

6. Data Retention

Account data and conversation history are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to: (a) access the personal information we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate information; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
